Established in 1982.
Benjamin “Benji” Pitsker established, “Pitsker & Associates” in Conifer, Colorado. The company stayed in business under Pitsker until 2016, when Benji retired to live in town, and our current owner, Bob, took over. At the beginning of 2018, we changed our name to “American Surveys, LLC.”
We are located off Pleasant Park Road on the eastern side of Highway 285. We service Jefferson, Park, Clear Creek, and Gilpin Counties. For questions about service in your area, please contact us.
